WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES & TIMESCALES?

*Christmas Delivery*

Standard Delivery: Please order by end of Monday 19th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

Next Day Delivery: Please order by 12pm Thursday 22nd December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.


Free UK mainland delivery for orders over £50.

Standard Delivery:
Standard UK Mainland delivery is £3.95. We will always try to deliver your order as soon as possible and our usual delivery time is within 3-5 business days.

Next Day Delivery:
Next business day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm, at a cost of £6.95. Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will arrive Monday. Any orders placed over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

Please contact us if you would like to arrange international or express delivery.


WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure payment gateway, which is powered by Stripe. We also have PayPal facilities whereby you can securely login to PayPal to pay with your PayPal account.


HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

We hope that you will love your purchase, however if you do wish to return any products for exchange or refund, please let us know within 28 days of you receiving your goods.

Please contact us to arrange a return.


CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. If we are informed prior to dispatch we are able to cancel the order and refund payment. If the item has already been dispatched, please return the goods and we will process the refund.


CAN I ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK?

Some items due into stock shortly can be back ordered and we will contact you as soon as they arrive in stock. For other items that are out of stock, please click ‘Join Waitlist’ and we will email you as soon as one comes back into stock.

As some of our products are unique, such as the petrified wood or mineral/crystal items, we list each item individually so the photos reflect exactly what you are purchasing. Therefore that particular item may be out of stock but we can likely source another – please do join the waitlist and we will email you with suggested options.

Our cushions are all limited editions, but if you would like one that has sold out we can likely make this to order.
